Privacy Policy

The plugin does not collect audio, project content, presets, telemetry, analytics, or general usage data. It connects to Polar for initial activation and periodic license validation.

For those requests, the plugin sends the license key; Polar organization, benefit, customer, and activation identifiers; product name and major version; operating-system platform; a pseudonymous device identifier; and a device label that may include the computer name. The raw operating-system machine identifier is not sent.

License evidence is stored locally in an encrypted file in your user account. A successful validation is cached for 24 hours. If Polar cannot be reached, the plugin may use an offline grace period of up to 90 days from the last successful validation.

Polar acts as the merchant of record and handles checkout, tax calculation, payment processing, receipts, refunds, and purchase records. The Licensor does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Polar processes purchase data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Polar uses the email address supplied at checkout to provide purchase confirmation, receipts, license keys, and access to the Customer Portal. If you contact the Licensor for support, your contact details and message are used to answer and administer that request. Critical product or security notices may also be sent when reasonably necessary.

This website does not use analytics scripts or set first-party tracking cookies. The Outfit typeface is served from this website itself, as is the Caveat typeface used on the Story page, so viewing these pages does not send requests to font providers or other third-party hosts. Hosting providers may still retain standard access and security logs, which include ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser headers.

The Licensor does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by Polar, payment and hosting providers, and other service providers only as needed to sell, license, secure, and support the product, or when disclosure is required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information controlled by the Licensor. Polar account and purchase data can also be managed through the Polar Customer Portal. Some information may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or other legal obligations.
